TTN Services, LLC only accept money orders, cashier check, certified funds, and online payments.
Monthly rent payment are subject to the date on the lease which is either the 1st or 15th of the month. You have 4 days grace period to submit your payments and will not be charged for late fee. After the grace period (the 5th day), Payment is consider late, and there will be a $50 penalty charge and an additional $5 late fee per day everyday until the balance is paid in full.
Payments can be mail to TTN Services, LLC at P.O Box 958248, Duluth, GA 30095. Payments in the mail must be post marked by mail before the 5th or 30th.
TTN Services, LLC will send out late notice to tenants who have not paid after the 5th and 20th. If payment is still not make current by the 8th and 23rd, we will file a disposes warrant at the county courthouse. Court fee will applied to your balance.
TTN Services, LLC will dismiss the dispossess warrant after the balance has been satisfied. However, we cannot stop the county sheriff from serving his or her duty once a writ of possession has be filed.
If Payment are not received after the dispossess warrant, TTN will proceed to the final part of eviction process. We will not cancel or dismiss any eviction after the writ of possession has been filed.
